  • Description: The scope of the project is the Implementation of Manage SIM User Journey through Siebel Open UI Customers 360 View for B2B and B2C customers, using modification orders, including use cases of SIM Replacement, SIM Swap and Pre to Post with SIM Change, for all SIM card types (Physical, eSIM, Twin, Multi SIM, XSIM).

Digital Onboarding for Prepaid Products

  • Project: Digital Onboarding for Prepaid Products
  • Client: Cosmote, Greece
  • Description: Cosmote intends to give its customers the opportunity to order and manage prepaid subscriptions through digital channels. The project will support the purchase of prepaid SIM cards (Cosmokarta, WU, Frog and IOTG), as well as the SIM activation and onboarding processes. The in-scope digital touchpoints are the following: MyCosmote App & Site, WU App & Site and Frog App & Site. MyCosmote App will support the flows through native implementation and the rest of the digital touchpoints will incorporate an SPA solution. Cognity will execute the project e2e regarding the systems: Digital (SPA, Common BFF microservices), OM (OSM, OSB, ΟΜ microservices) and CRM (Siebel Mobile, Siebel Fixed).
